An oasis of calm: the Necropolis de Colon

Just liked the font!  And it's my name in Spanish. 

CDD and I had opposing views about Havana's vast cemetery (and one of the largest in the Americas).  Latin Americans certainly 'do' death very differently from their Northern European counterparts, and CDD wasn't that enamoured, believing it glorify the dead.  I really liked the place - finding it to respect the memory of those who have passed away, and at the same time offer a sanctuary within a busy city.  A happy afternoon of photo taking ensued.
